Right of withdrawal

Under Article .5 Legislative Decree 185 of 22/05/1999, Caffè Aiello srl recognizes Buyer of goods the right of withdrawal, provided that the unit price of each product is more than 25 euros. This right, by law, may be exercised by the Purchaser NO LATER than 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of goods, under penalty of forfeiture.

Standards for the exercise of the right of withdrawal

The notice of withdrawal must be sent, in the terms mentioned above, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or, again within the same time, by e-mail to the following address: [email protected]

The returned goods must be sent back fully intact, no later than 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the same (for this purpose the date on the courier’s air waybill delivered to the buyer together with the goods will be considered the date of receipt) to the following address:

The Buyer must return the goods, in line with the procedures mentioned above, BY REGISTERED PACKAGE, DELIVERED DUTY PAID. Under no circumstances will returned packages sent Cash on Delivery or Ex Works be picked up.

As envisaged by the above-mentioned Legislative Decree, once Caffè Aiello has checked that the Right of Withdrawal has been rightfully and correctly exercised, Caffè Aiello will refund the amount paid for the purchase of the goods to the Buyer within the terms set forth by law, deducting only the shipment costs and any duty paid.
