For deliveries we use International Express Courier SDA.

Order processing

Orders are processed from 9.00 to 12.00 GMT Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after 12.00 on Friday, will be processed the following Monday.
Orders placed on holidays will be processed the next working day.

To examine and verify the information relating to an order, please log into your account and click on the order to view its specific details.

Tracking your ordere

From the moment the goods are shipped, you can view the status of your order through the courier tracking code on the site. This code will be sent via email Caffè Aiello at the time of shipment.

Delivery Time

• Shipments to Italy are delivered within 72 hours from time of shipment (excluding holidays).
• Shipments to the rest of the ‘European Union take approximately 2-3 business days from time of shipment.
• Shipments to USA and CANADA take approximately 3 working days from time of shipment.
• Shipments to the rest of the world will take about 4-5 working days from time of shipment (excluding any customs clearance delays).

Countries and shipping costs

Shipping costs are charged to the customer and are spelled out clearly in the execution of the order.

Nothing is more due by the customer compared to the total order shown at the end of the purchase process.
Here are the shipping costs for Italy. Shipping charges are calculated based on the actual weight of the products in your basket, the costs stated below do not include VAT (22%):

Below is a list of foreign countries Caffè Aiello is currently able to serve by Air Freight.

Caffè Aiello does not deliver in Switzerland and Germany. The SDA delivery service is temporarily suspended in Denmark, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Sweden, Finland and Norway.

Mode of delivery

The courier usually make an attempt for delivery, if for any reason it would not be successful (absence of the recipient, incorrect address, etc..) Is left a notice with instructions for delivery. If the return is successful is not the merchandise is in stock. We recommend that you leave a telephone number when placing the order to which you are definitely attainable for the sole purpose of any contact from the courier in case of delivery problems.
Any damage or missing packages or correspondence with the order must be reported immediately by the reserve on the shipping document, who gives it context communication via e-mail. Only in this way we can proceed to the partial or total replacement of products.
